All orders are carefully processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday).
Please note that during busy seasonal periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard UK Delivery: 2-4 working days from dispatch
  • Express Delivery (where available): 1-2 working days from dispatch
  • International Delivery: 5-10 working days depending on location

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details (where applicable).

Shipping Rates

We offer free UK delivery on all orders, regardless of amount.
For international orders, delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.

Delivery Partners

All parcels are sent via trusted couriers to ensure reliable and safe delivery.
A signature may be required upon delivery for selected services.

Missed Deliveries

If you are not available when delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a card or contact you with re-delivery options.
Unclaimed or undeliverable parcels returned to us may incur a re-shipping fee.

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order confirmation.
We will work swiftly to resolve the issue.

Order Changes & Address Updates

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.
Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to update or redirect it.

Pre-Orders & Seasonal Items

Items marked as Pre-Order will be dispatched once stock becomes available.
Estimated dispatch dates will be clearly stated on the product page.
